Chris Eaton - Background

Following his last year as a junior in 2005, Chris is now competing on the men’s circuit, playing in satellites, futures and challenger events.

His last year as a junior saw him rise to career high of 97^th in the international ITF rankings and 2^nd in the UK junior rankings. His junior record can be seen at ITF Junior Ranking.

Chris gained his 1^st adult ranking points in May 2005 and now stands at about 900. For his exact ranking and record of past matches as an adult player, see ITF Men’s Ranking.

Chris has dreamt of being a top professional tennis player since he started playing tennis at the age of 6, was coached by Justin Sherring and at the Sutton Tennis Academy between 1998 and 2004 and now trains full time with the LTA, coached by Christophe Lambert.

His provisional plans for the remainder of 2006, include playing in Turkey, USA and Australia.
